Hello,can any one can make it clear that do marks of computer practical exams add in our theory paper,i.e to get average marks?

ISC Computer practical paper consists of 100 marks and so does the theory paper. The practical marks are converted to 30 and theory marks to 70 and they are then added to get the average marks out of 100.
